Retain business and develop existing accounts to the extent of WIKA’s complete capability of supply
Build relationships through regular contact with contractors for measurement solutions. Ensure WIKA are an acceptable vendor
Approved on recommended manufacturers lists and specified where possible to receive enquiry opportunities
Drive new opportunities by identifying potential applications and new business from this sector in Project Business
Deliver agreed annual sales revenue, margin KPIs, in line with WIKA’s price strategy and product mix for WIKA product portfolio
Develop new accounts to increase WIKA’s market share and increase penetration in products
Gathering competitive intelligence for submission to Business Leaders and Marketing
Report to the Regional Sales Manager the weekly progress and define regular plan to achieve sales targets
Work with our Opportunity Pipeline on local projects at all the different phases
Understand the business, market and future development plans of potential and existing accounts
Understand the project environment and obtain, use and circulate detailed information on the project philosophy’s using the company’s chosen methodology
Feedback to the Company trends in the market that could impact WIKA’s business
Actively seek company trends and market dynamics and competitors to feedback and improve activities
Following up the customer first approach and work closely with customer’s technical team to fully assure WIKA proposal is positioned in the right way and clear for customer
Collaborate with Global Project Management Team to maximize opportunities
Work on other projects to improve customer experience where appropriate
Your profile
Graduated from Engineering departments of reputable universities (Electrical/Mechanical)
Must have min 5 years of proven outdoor sales experience (Project Business focus with Utilities, Water & WW sector experience is plus)
Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated
Experience in the Process Industry is plus
Advance level of English
Wishing to develop their career working with a global company that can demonstrate development opportunities
Experience working with a CRM system would be preferable
