RNA Development, a leading real estate development company based in Sheraton, Cairo, is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with proven experience in real estate development companies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales
• Previous experience in a real estate development company is a must
• Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
• English proficiency is a strong plus
• Presentable, target-driven, and highly motivated
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage and close sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects
• Conduct client meetings, property tours, and site visits
• Follow up on leads and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Represent the company professionally in all sales-related activities
