For two decades we have delivered luxury, fashion, and culture campaigns for brands such as BVLGARI and key government entities. We are now building the region’s first AI creative agency and need a senior technology leader to architect the systems that will drive that transformation.

Role Overview

You will design, build, and scale the technology frameworks—AI agents, automation workflows, and data pipelines—that redefine how our creative, production, and media teams operate. This is a strategic position with a direct line to the CEO and a clear path to a future CTO role.

Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do

AI & Automation

• Design and deploy AI agents that cut production hours by double digits
• Lead complex automation at scale using Make, n8n, and Zapier
• Integrate custom GPTs, Claude Code, and LangChain into daily workflows

Architecture & Engineering

• Own the technical roadmap (cloud, DevOps, security)
• Guide full-stack builds in Laravel, React, Node.js, or other modern frameworks
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and documentation
