You will be responsible for coordinating the required job activities to ensure job execution in line with company standards and customer requirements. ​ Ensure all jobs/activities are performed with the required equipment, tools, products, spares and ancillaries according to the technical plan, certification and contract requirement.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensure all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars. Collaborate with sales/comms teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity).
• Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
• Ensure that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
• Oversee the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.
• Develop team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Have at least 10 years' experience in the Oilfield Service & Equipment industry
• Show comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditions
• Have a solid understanding and knowledge of Water and Refinery processes
• Show good understanding of industrial chemical treatment and sales process
• Have an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management
