Job Description
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
- Develop and implement SFE strategies to optimize field force productivity.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., call frequency, territory coverage, etc….) and provide actionable insights.
- Lead Segmentation & Targeting process and territory design
- Analyze territory and market performance to recommend adjustments to resource allocation and field force deployment
- Ensure alignment of field force activities with commercial and organizational goals.
- Lead the FF performance management process and develop the related tools/dashboards.
- Create incentive plans in alignment with all stakeholders to motivate the sales team while ensuring comply with company objectives.
- POC with GCC in the in the incentive calculation & payout.
- Cross functional collaboration with other department (Commercial, Medical, P&O, Finance, etc…) for strategy alignment and deliver impactful results.
- Ensure better governance by implementing process and policies and create the related SOPs.
- Support additional cluster & regional projects when needed.
CRM Management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Train and support the sales team in effective use of the CRM platform.
- Generate periodic CRM reports and dashboards for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify and address gaps in CRM utilization and develop strategies to increase adoption.
- POC with global SCOUT team to and liaise with the GLS FF to fix the incidents and provide support on CRM related services.
