- Responsible for employees hiring Process (Contract preparation and signature, Gathering hiring documents, Bank Account Creation, HR System Induction for new hires).
- Responsible for employees Off -boarding Process Documentation (Ensure Exit Checklist and all needed documents are finalized).
- Responsible for contracts renewal process in adherence to internal policies and The Egyptian Labor Law.
- Manage Time Sheets Process (Ensure OTD Of Time Sheets, Time Sheets Regulations and Guidelines are respected).
- Collect Overtime hours / On-Call days in a timely manner (Ensure Overtime hours / On-Call days Regulations and Guidelines are respected).
- Monitor and follow up Annual Leaves Consumption.
- Handle Medical Insurance Operations on site.
- Conduct Investigations regarding any kind of violation or misconduct actions on site within the agreed -upon timelines (Penalties communication/ Warning letters).
- Follow up training programs for on-site employees.
- Act as a people advisor for employees, providing advice on related questions to all Operations topics
- Fulfill employees’ requests regarding all kinds of required HR Letters.
- Contribute on the transversal HR assignments as needed
- Provide general reporting and administration support when required
Experience Prerequisites & Required Competences
Mandatory:
- Bachelor degree (specialized in HR is plus)
- Egyptian Labour Law and Social insurance knowledge
- 2-5 years of experience in similar role
