Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading landscape design projects, ensuring innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically appealing solutions. This role requires strong design expertise, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create outstanding landscape environments.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Lead the design and development of landscape projects, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Prepare and present landscape master plans, conceptual designs, and detailed drawings using relevant software tools.
Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental impact assessments to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with architects, urban planners, engineers, and environmental specialists to integrate landscape solutions seamlessly into larger projects.
Ensure compliance with sustainability principles, ecological considerations, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior landscape architects and design teams.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements to communicate design intent and project progress.
Review contractor work, specifications, and construction documents to ensure design integrity during implementation.
Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in landscape architecture to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
7+ years of experience in landscape design, urban planning, or environmental design projects.
Proven expertise in designing public spaces, parks, commercial landscapes, and urban developments.
Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in a consultancy environment is an advantage.
