Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
- Interface with internal clients to determine project space requirements
- Verify floor plans with CAD technician to include details related to structural and civil engineering as well as mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure reconfiguration design meets federal, state, and local health and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with internal groups and outside vendors to schedule installations, maintenance activities, and repairs based on material availability and minimal impact to the business operations
- Manage scheduled installations by internal and external contractors during reconfiguration to avoid delayed timeframes and cost over-runs
- Gather quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures; generate cost comparisons with our vendors to evaluate each project and total cost saving potential
- Monitor day-to-day site operations of long-term third party contractors to ensure performance meets vendor service level agreement
- Coordinate with Procurement in gathering quotes from outside vendors for building fixtures, repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to evaluate each project and total cost saving potential
- Log, track, and submit vendor invoices for payment
