We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural BIM/CAD

Engineer with strong experience in reinforced concrete (RC) structures

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital

role in reviewing and preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating

with various departments, and ensuring technical accuracy in all phases

of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural RC shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and

coordination drawings based on the project’s design drawings.

• Coordinate with other trades (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) to resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.

• Perform quantity takeoffs and ensure accurate material estimates based on project needs.

• Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, or conflicting technical details during construction.

• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in a structural technical office role with a focus on RC structures.

• Proficiency in Revit ,AutoCAD and ASD is a must.

• English language skills are above average due to the nature of the position in dealing with international clients.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• 1 to 3 years of experience working in the reinforced concrete field.

• Able to read and understand construction drawings well.

• Working experience in USA projects is a plus.
