Job Summary

About the role:

 

The work of Supervisor, Refinery Production is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated department or team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves leading a team of employees, monitoring performance, providing guidance and training, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

•             Supervise Refinery furnace unit

•             Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals.

•             Monitor daily operations and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of work.

•             Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

•             Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and training as needed.

•             Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns promptly and effectively.

•             Collaborate with management to implement process improvements.

•             Maintain accurate records and reports related to team performance and operational activities.

 

Minimum Qualification:

  • Chemical production Diploma Degree, Production.

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience supervision with degree. 

Required Skills:

 

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with company tools, systems, and safety protocols.
