Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Procurement Operations
- Identify and match suppliers to client requirements across diverse sectors and geographies.
- Conduct international benchmarking of commodities, suppliers, and sourcing strategies to determine the best-fit markets.
- Analyze and negotiate financial terms in contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize value and sustainability.
Performance Monitoring & Financial Modeling
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to track procurement and supply chain performance (Required vs. Delivered).
- Develop and maintain financial models that optimize procurement strategies and stakeholder value.
Digital Transformation
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms relevant to procurement and SCM.
- Recommend and participate in the integration of digital tools that drive supply chain efficiency.
Client Engagement & Development
- Provide practical, hands-on support to SMEs and startups during the "Establish" and "Grow" phases of our methodology.
- Support clients in expanding into international markets, developing supply chain partnerships, and navigating cross-border sourcing.
Contracts & Strategic Analysis
- Evaluate offers, contracts, and supplier proposals using strong analytical and financial skills.
- Contribute to the design and customization of creative financial terms and contractual frameworks.
Training & Mentorship
Support internal or external capacity-building efforts by mentoring clients or team members in practical SCM and procurement practices.
