Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement Operations

• Identify and match suppliers to client requirements across diverse sectors and geographies.
  
   
• Conduct international benchmarking of commodities, suppliers, and sourcing strategies to determine the best-fit markets.
  
   
• Analyze and negotiate financial terms in contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize value and sustainability.
  
   

Performance Monitoring & Financial Modeling

• Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to track procurement and supply chain performance (Required vs. Delivered).
  
   
• Develop and maintain financial models that optimize procurement strategies and stakeholder value.
  
   

Digital Transformation

• Collaborate on the design and implementation of ERP, CRM, and LMS platforms relevant to procurement and SCM.
  
   
• Recommend and participate in the integration of digital tools that drive supply chain efficiency.
  
   

Client Engagement & Development

• Provide practical, hands-on support to SMEs and startups during the "Establish" and "Grow" phases of our methodology.
  
   
• Support clients in expanding into international markets, developing supply chain partnerships, and navigating cross-border sourcing.
  
   

Contracts & Strategic Analysis

• Evaluate offers, contracts, and supplier proposals using strong analytical and financial skills.
  
   
• Contribute to the design and customization of creative financial terms and contractual frameworks.
  
   

Training & Mentorship

Support internal or external capacity-building efforts by mentoring clients or team members in practical SCM and procurement practices.
