In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent service for our clients. You’ll learn how to manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Learn how to manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the resolution of customer complaints and service issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Help monitor service KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports on order fulfilment, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
- Participate in projects to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The experience we're looking for
- Being Saudi National is a must for this role.
- A recent graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Internship or project experience in customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using Excel and other business tools.
- Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
