Job Summary

From Talent Management perspective, responsible for designing and leading the implementation of company-wide talent management frameworks aligned with business goals.. From leadership perspective, responsible for creating engaging & impactful leadership development programs within the organization enabling the execution of our leadership development strategy and ambition.

Role Profile

  • Develop and continuously refine the organization’s talent management strategy in alignment with overall business objectives, workforce plans, and future skills needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HRBPs to identify critical roles, competencies, and future talent requirements.
  • Lead the annual talent review and succession planning processes.
  • Design and implement robust talent acceleration framework including talent identification processes, talent mobility, and governance.
  • Facilitate talent review sessions with senior leaders to discuss employee potential, readiness, development needs, and retention risks.
  • Establish and enforce calibration processes to ensure objective and fair evaluations across teams and departments.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on effective talent discussions and decision-making.

Leadership development:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of leadership programs
  • Identify and review best practice happening across markets.
  • Work in partnership with HRBPs and business stakeholders, to cocreate a world class participant experience for assigned development programs.
  • Proactively manage key vendors to enable delivery of assigned development interventions.
  • Manage performance of development programs against agreed impact measures and KPIs. 
  • Manage allocated budget.
  • Monitor and prepare quality checks, and analyse data and numbers and introduce action plans

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Human Resources field.
  • At least 5 years of program management experience with talent management and leadership-based training programs
  • Experience partnering with a variety of stakeholders in often sensitive topics and situations
  • Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and influence, and managing competing deliverables and activities
