● Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain detailed architectural technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications.                                                                                                                        ● Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and construction practices.                                                                                                                                                                        ● Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet the required technical standards, codes, and regulation including local building codes and industry standards                                                                                              ● Material Selection & Specifications: Assist in the selection and specification of construction materials and finishes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. 

● Project Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of technical aspects of the project.                                                                                                               ● Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor the implementation of the design and address any technical issues that arise during construction.                                                                                                                          ● BIM & CAD: Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for design and technical documentation creation.

Required Years of Experience  

● 4-6 years of experience in Architecture engineering

● Excellent user for MS Office                                                                                                                                      ● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.                                                             ● Proficient knowledge of architectural design principles, technical drawing, and construction documentation.                                                                                                                                                              ● Understanding of building systems integration, including structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design elements.                                                                                                                                                                                                              ● Basic knowledge of sustainability principles and green building standards                                                                                                         ● Previous exposure to construction site activities and ability to troubleshoot design implementation on-site.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            ● Knowledge of Egyptian building codes and
