Key Responsibilities
- Create concise written examples of real telephone operator scenarios based on your professional experience
- Ensure each submission represents authentic, real-world tasks such as directory assistance, emergency dispatch, billing inquiries, or customer support
- Collaborate with project coordinators to uphold clarity and high-quality standards in all materials
- Share actionable feedback and participate in peer review sessions when requested
- Accurately describe common telephone operator challenges and resolutions in a structured, easy-to-understand format
- Maintain strict attention to detail in written and verbal communications to ensure data integrity
- Work independently, adhering to provided guidelines and deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Telephone Operator or a closely related role (PBX Operator, Directory Assistance Agent, Call Center Operator)
- Proven expertise in call management, customer information delivery, and phone-based support services
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and clarity
- Demonstrated attention to detail, especially when documenting processes or customer interactions
- Capability to recall and articulate real-life operator tasks in structured written examples
- Confidence working independently and interpreting written instructions in English
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in fast-paced or real-time scenarios
