HSE Compliance: Promote HSEQ corporate policy, enforce TEME Golden Rules, and implement return of experience initiatives.
Safety Performance: Maintain TRIR below the affiliate's objective, utilize stop cards, and report near misses.
Legal and Ethical Compliance: Adhere to local laws and regulations, respect the code of conduct, and report any ethical or fraud-related issues.
Financial Performance: Achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and ensure timely payments and receivables from dealers.
Solar Project Management: Monitor solar project efficiency and performance.
Account Management: Closely monitor all accounts to avoid overdue payments.
Site Rental Management: Renew site rentals before expiry dates to minimize risk and maximize turnover.
Service Evaluation: Monitor top service evaluations and results.
Business Planning: Develop and monitor site-by-site business plans and take corrective actions as needed.
Shop, Food & Services Implementation: Collaborate with the Shop, Food &Services team to ensure SFS plans and goals are implemented with a focus on return on investment.
