The Total Rewards and Organizational Design Analyst is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. This role combines expertise in organizational design with comprehensive knowledge of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. The analyst supports structural improvements, manages compensation initiatives, and ensures alignment with business goals and HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and workforce alignment.
- Design and implement organizational structures, job roles, and reporting relationships that support strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to facilitate change management initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational design strategies and recommend improvements.
Total Rewards Management
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies and available resources.
- Manage day-to-day operations of compensation and benefits activities, including coordination with external consultants when needed.
- Administer pay reviews, promotions, and benefits processing through SAP SuccessFactors.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for organizational and compensation decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support HR strategy and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation and reporting standards.
Job Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and identifying trends.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR data.

- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
