- Work closely with GTM Team to select window banner priorities based on retail feedback among all locations per offer.
- Creating a full segmentation tree per region (WB Posters Flyers) to ensure product and services reach for the right segment.
- Managing and allocating the needed BTLs, posters, danglers, stickers for POS, Partners and OC Merchants."
Product Visibility (Branding Look & Feel for Orange shops):
- Maintain best shops look & feel, and internal branding according to Orange brand guidelines & strategy.
- Validate each prototype provided by the merchandising agency and check its brand consistency and sales relevance.
- Weekly visits for Orange shops across Egypt and taking the necessary actions for any findings.
Merchandising Operations:
- Managing the sales stock and reorder keeping safe stock of all printed material.
- Analyzing the shops usages and providing the needed items quantities within the agreed SLA.
- Purchasing/production merchandising items, collecting payments and paying vendors.
- Update merchandising book (monthly) with the latest BTLs materials for offers provided to the Sales Channels
- Designing and producing the Full Merchandising, Interior and display guide to all sales channels, adapting the guide to suit every channel needs.
Branding projects for Shops, POSs & OC Shops:
- Installation of new OC Signs & lightboxes for POS
- OB & EXP facades branding
- Ensuring that the agency or suppliers are on schedule and the job matches the brief.
- Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems.
- Propose innovative tools, formats, or technologies to enhance in-store engagement.
Trade Activation Programs:
- Managing the engagement and activation of trade partners in executing marketing initiatives, such as product launches.
- Managing the on ground activations branding in Orange shops and partners.
- Managing Orange seasonal trade shows (roadshows) to secure agencies commitment and efficiency to reach target.
Trade Marketing Budget Efficiency & Supplier Management:
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable ROI.
- Oversee procurement and vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost control.
- Track budget efficiency and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage agencies and third-party vendors for creative, production, and execution.
