We are seeking a Traffic Specialist to join our Transportation team, based in Egypt. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to support our company's growth in the transportation sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal transportation management policies, profitability, accuracy, performance, availability, and processing of customer requests.

• Monitor transportation services, stopped vehicles, and driver follow-ups.

• Monitor all departments (operations, suppliers, and traffic).

• Monitor emergency calls and changes in operating conditions related to flight schedules.

• Monitor the processing of tourism requests (services, actual arrivals, missed flights).

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret work reports.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the transportation field with travel agencies and decision-makers.
• A university degree appropriate to the company's requirements and rules.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and service processing.
• Solid and comprehensive understanding of the transportation business process.
• English (spoken and written).
• Analytical skills, including the use of systems & excel and email.
• Understanding of various source markets and key players in the transportation market.
