Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary UI/UX Manager to lead our design team in crafting seamless, intuitive, and high-performing digital experiences. You will own the end-to-end design process—from research to execution—while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure Soar delivers a world-class user experience that aligns with our business goals and delights our users.

Beyond design excellence, you will build and mentor a top-tier team, establish measurable performance standards, and provide clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at translating complex workflows into elegant solutions, this role is for you.


 

Key responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build and scale a high-performing UI/UX team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
  • Mentor designers, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement skill development programs.
  • Define team KPIs (e.g., design iteration speed, user satisfaction scores, stakeholder feedback) and track progress.

Design Strategy & Execution

  • Own and evolve Soar’s design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all products.
  • Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align UX strategy with company objectives.

Performance Measurement & Reporting

  • Establish UX metrics (e.g., task success rates, usability scores, engagement metrics) to measure design impact.
  • Deliver data-driven reports and presentations to leadership, highlighting wins, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Monitor team productivity and output quality, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Present design updates, user insights, and roadmap progress to executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and educate stakeholders on design thinking principles.


 

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years in UI/UX design, with 2+ years leading and scaling design teams.

Strong portfolio showcasing design systems, complex workflows, and polished interfaces (web & mobile).

Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.

Proven leadership skills—ability to inspire, mentor, and drive team performance.

Exceptional communication & stakeholder management—can articulate design decisions with data.
