- Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with procurement and business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle including onboarding, performance monitoring, compliance, and offboarding.
- Coordinate vendor selection and evaluation processes in collaboration with Category Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to terms, conditions, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks through audits, assessments, and compliance checks.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and governance across all vendor engagements.
- Maintain a centralized vendor database and documentation system for tracking performance, incidents, and communications.
- Support procurement transformation and digital initiatives, including supplier portals and automated performance dashboards.
Drive supplier development initiatives to improve service quality, innovation, and value delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional Certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are a plus.
- 0-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or supplier relations, preferably in a multinational or regulated industry.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (ORACLE, SAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of contract management, risk assessment, and performance analysis
- Advance Excel and reporting capabilities
