Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Superuser at Niceone
- System Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for our Warehouse Management System, ensuring optimal functionality, data accuracy, and high availability.
- Training & Support: Train, advise, and provide ongoing support to end-users, fostering digital adoption and skill-building within warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to leverage the WMS for increased efficiency, reduced error rates, and continuous improvement within warehouse operations.
- User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the system to maintain operational security and compliance.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure workflows, reports, labels, and settings to align the WMS with evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for WMS-related issues; investigate and resolve problems quickly and escalate to IT or vendors as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and interpret system reports, analyze warehouse data for trends, and deliver actionable insights for leadership teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in cross-functional projects to introduce new WMS features, enhancements, or integrations with ERP and other platforms.
Skills And Qualifications – Warehouse Management Systems Superuser Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- WMS Experience: Prior hands-on experience with WMS platforms in a warehouse, distribution, or ecommerce environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with digital systems, data management, and workflow configuration within warehouse operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus), capable of training and supporting diverse teams.
- Analytical Skills: Skillful in interpreting system data, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a dynamic warehouse setting.
