The Warehouse Manager will Oversee all daily warehouse operations to ensure proper storage, maintain the quality and safety of food and beverage products, and ensure the efficiency of the supply chain and distribution in accordance with health standards and logistics requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and organize receiving, storage, and issuing operations for all materials and products.
- Ensure the application of food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP) within the warehouse.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize waste and damaged goods.
- Monitor temperature and humidity levels in warehouses according to the requirements of each product.
- Prepare and implement periodic and spot inventory counts and ensure their accuracy.
- Manage the team, assign tasks, evaluate performance, and provide necessary training.
- Follow up on regular maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and distribution departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory performance, material movements, and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and government requirements.
