We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Performance Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the execution, and optimization of cutting-edge paid media campaigns across a diverse range of digital platforms. Your strategic insights and expertise will have a significant impact on our clients' business growth, making you a key player in shaping the future of digital advertising in the region.
- Develop and present compelling paid performance proposals that showcase innovative solutions and drive client buy-in.
- Provide expert guidance and thought leadership across Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic advertising channels.
- Consult with and guide the team to design and implement highly effective bidding strategies tailored to a diverse portfolio of clients in the MENA region.
- Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, providing proactive optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Serve as the primary point of expertise in client discussions, confidently articulating complex bidding strategies and best practices in a clear and compelling manner.
- Lead client onboarding processes, providing comprehensive support for their technical setup across various bidding platforms.
- Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients by proactively identifying and delivering innovative solutions that help them achieve their unique business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling Quarterly Business Reviews, consolidating key insights, highlighting successes, and providing data-driven recommendations for future growth.
- Act as the go-to resource for all things bidding, providing ongoing training, consultation, best practices, platform updates, and mentorship to team members across the organization.
- Lead cross-functional digital projects, such as data partnerships, attribution modeling initiatives, and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) implementations.
Skills And Experience
- A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills and the ability to design and articulate effective bidding strategies.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and influence both internal teams and external clients.
- A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including tracking ecosystems (MMP, Analytics360, Campaign Manager) and emerging technologies.
