We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven, and forward-thinking SEO Manager to lead our Cairo-based SEO team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-driven innovation. You’ll manage a team of specialists, drive performance across a diverse portfolio of clients, and collaborate with regional leads to deliver measurable growth across organic search and emerging AI platforms.
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Plan and manage the SEO roadmap each quarter by identifying and prioritising key tasks—like improving site structure, adding schema markup, strengthening internal links, enhancing page speed (Core Web Vitals), and applying AI-based SEO improvements.
- Lead comprehensive keyword and intent analysis, translating insights into actionable content briefs for the content team.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies across technical, content, and off-page pillars.
- Conduct site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
AI & LLM Optimisation
- Deploy and refine AI tools and workflows aimed at optimising visibility in SERP features, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode, and conversational search platforms.
- Optimise for Google’s AI Overviews and other emerging AI-powered search experiences.
- Collaborate with teams handling AI-generated content and external reputation management to enhance visibility.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative search and LLM-driven experiences, translating developments into actionable strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Monitor and analyse KPIs including traffic, rankings, conversions, and share of voice using GA4, Google Search Console, and Looker.
- Build and present performance dashboards and AI-integrated reports using tools like DemandSphere, Surfer AI, and other LLM-aware platforms.
- Own traffic and revenue forecasting models across multiple verticals including retail, real estate, automotive, and services.
